TILED walls - The walls of our showers are covered with LARGE 24” x 48” porcelain tiles with very few minimal 1/16” grout lines. Our grout is made of ground quartz (not sand like typical grout) This makes the grout stain and crack proof!
100% Waterproofed - The tiles are mortared to 1/2” thick FIBERGLASS wall board (not drywall, plywood or cement board) Fiberglass is 100% waterproof (it’s what most BOATS are made of!) This means the tile does NOT provide the water proofing. In fact you could use our shower daily WITHOUT any tile being installed - but it’s not very pretty to look at, so we tile it
PEBBLE BASE - Our shower floor is made of 2” thick structural polystyrene covered with and epoxy fiberglass mesh (again like the boats) This is then covered with a REAL STONE pebble tile.
We warranty the INSTALLATION our showers to be 100% leak proof against water damage caused by cracked tile, grout, deficient caulk or the materials used!
