Why you DONT want to use the national companies
Plastic walls
The WALLS of the shower are printed plastic sheets made to LOOK like real tile. These sheets are installed by simply glueing them to a plywood backer
Waterproofing
Plywood and Marine plywood are NOT waterproof. When plywood gets (usually from leaks caused by poorly caulked corners) it it expands and causes the glued plastic walls to bubble and in most cases cause mold to grow.
Plastic base
The FLOOR of the shower is plastic and overtime can crack and become permanently stained
Warranty
Most warranties are NOT for the installation or maintenance of the shower, but rather a warranty against manufacturing defects of the products used. If the installer does a poor caulk job or YOU don’t maintain the caulk by redoing it every couple years, your shower can fail and will have to be replaced at YOUR EXPENSE!

TILED walls - The walls of our showers are covered with LARGE 24” x 48” porcelain tiles with very few minimal 1/16” grout lines. Our grout is made of ground quartz (not sand like typical grout) This makes the grout stain and crack proof!
100% Waterproofed - The tiles are mortared to 1/2” thick FIBERGLASS wall board (not drywall, plywood or cement board) Fiberglass is 100% waterproof (it’s what most BOATS are made of!) This means the tile does NOT provide the water proofing. In fact you could use our shower daily WITHOUT any tile being installed - but it’s not very pretty to look at, so we tile it
PEBBLE BASE - Our shower floor is made of 2” thick structural polystyrene covered with and epoxy fiberglass mesh (again like the boats) This is then covered with a REAL STONE pebble tile.
We warranty the INSTALLATION our showers to be 100% leak proof against water damage caused by cracked tile, grout, deficient caulk or the materials used!
